T has more than twenty years of workplace culture and human resource related experience, and has worked in a broad range of positions in various industries enabling them to see situations from many different perspectives. Their experience ranges from years on the tools as a boilermaker welder and job steward, to holding subject matter expertise in respectful workplace, mediation, harassment and discrimination and equity, diversity and belonging. T’s passion is the human side of work, work culture, mediation and communication. They are comfortable navigating trauma and equity, diversity and belonging challenges in particular.

For over 15 years, Kyle has been working directly with employees on the issues and challenges that they experience at work. He has been a union representative, HR generalist, labour relations investigator, collective bargaining negotiator, operations supervisor and currently provides consulting services to employers seeking to improve workplace culture and address challenging interpersonal conflict.
Kyle is passionate about providing a patient and thoughtful perspective that often includes a careful look at the challenges of the past and well-rounded discussion about the options available to move forward.
