HRWS offers independent and neutral options for confidential Disclosure and Conflict Resolution Support for subscribed employer clients. We’ve included some additional information below to help you to decide if this is the right option for you.
Confidential. Safe. Neutral.
An independent service to ensure confidentiality, safety and neutrality.
Confidential: The details of your work with us, including that you have been in touch, will not be shared so that we can review your experiences as openly and thoroughly as you like.
Safe: Our process includes a selection of remote and in-person meeting options to protect the physical and psychological safety of everyone involved.
Neutral: We are able to work with you from a neutral perspective, free from the personal or political pressures of the workplace. Our responsibility is to hear you, to understand your perspective and to provide you with options that inform your decisions.
You Decide
We provide resources so that you are better informed. You decide if we meet, what we talk about and whether anything further is done.
It can be difficult to know what to do when faced with sensitive, unfamiliar and challenging workplace situations. In these moments, it may be helpful to talk through the situation and options available; free from fear of repercussion or obligation. We will take the time to understand what’s on your mind and to explore options that are available that help support closure including future steps.

Your trust and and our commitment to confidentiality are foundational to our work. We will not reveal anything about you or your meeting to your employer. Our process includes a detailed discussion about confidentiality before we discuss any sensitive information so that you can make an informed decision about whether to proceed.

Our Disclosure service provides a safe, neutral space for you to talk about sensitive and difficult experiences that you have encountered at work.
Once you feel that we have an accurate understanding of what is on your mind, we will make you aware of the options available to you if you are interested in taking further action.
Our services are provided at no cost to individuals who are employed by a subscribed organization and can be engaged as many times as you choose.

We are available to meet with you by appointment either remotely or in-person. We have a selection of technologies and location options available to accommodate your preferences while maintaining the confidentiality, safety and security of your meeting.
